Golden Globe Awards 2015 (for 2014 Films)

Most of the main film awards take place during January and February. At mfiles we take an understandable interest in the film music categories, and the Season kicks off as usual with the Golden Globes. The nominations for the 72nd Golden Globes were announced on December 11th 2014, and the winners (listed first) were presented on January 11th 2015. In the Music categories these were:

BAFTA Awards 2015 (for 2014 Films)

The BAFTA film nominations were confirmed on January 9th, and the winners were presented at the awards ceremony on Sunday February 8th. The winner (listed first) and nominations for the Film Music category are given below:

BAFTA do not have a Song Category. However the BAFTA Video Game awards are a separate event which took place this year on Thursday 12th March. The winner (listed first) and nominations for the Music and Audio categories are as follows:
