All the main film awards seem to happen during January and February, though the Oscars stretch into the beginning of March this year. At mfiles we take an interest in the film music awards, and the Season kicks off as usual with the Golden Globes. The nominations for the Music Categories of the 70th Golden Globes were announced on December 13th 2013, and the winners (listed first) were presented on January 13th 2014:
