This music is the slow second movement (marked "Largo") of Winter from Antonio Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Like all of the Four Seasons, Winter is essentially a violin concerto scored for Violin and String Orchestra. However this version has been arranged for Piano Solo with the well-known melody in the right hand, and the left hand playing a version of the accompaniment.
