"Wedding Day at TroldHaugen" is another well-known example from the collection of Lyric Pieces by Edvard Grieg for piano. Troldhaugen is the name of Grieg's house in Bergen, and he and his wife's ashes are located in a mountain grave near to their designer home, which is now a museum dedicated to the composer. The word Troldhaugen translates as "Troll's Hill" and it seems that this particular piece was dedicated not just to his family home but perhaps to his Marriage itself. The music is available to download in PDF format to print, or as audio versions in MIDI or MP3 formats for download. The video below shows the music in a piano roll format, while below the video you can play the mp3 file and see the music before downloading.
