"Scarborough Fair" is a traditional English folk song or ballad, which probably dates from the 17th century. A number of different versions of the melody and lyrics have appeared since that time, and the song has continued to provide inspiration to musicians in the 20th and 21st centuries. Simon and Garfunkel arranged the song and included it on their album "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme" which is the second line of all the verses. This version of the song appeared on the soundtrack for "The Graduate", though the melody was also used in Fritz Lang's "Man Hunt" and Christopher Gunning arranged the melody as the theme for the TV series "Rosemary & Thyme". Our piano arrangement can be downloaded as sheet music in printable PDF format, or to play in MIDI and MP3 formats. We also have an alternative arrangement for Flute and Piano.
