Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart : Rondo (alla Turca) from the Piano Sonata in A

This Rondo is the 3rd movement of a piano sonata, labelled "in the Turkish style" and sometimes called the "Turkish March" and shows Mozart in playful mood. Bits of this 3rd movement also refer back to the 1st movement of the sonata, and the whole work is to be recommended for pianists. The work is widely known and features prominently, for example, in the movie "The Truman Show". Although it has no musical relationship, Dave Brubeck was surely thinking of this work when he named his "Blue Rondo à la Turk" - a jazz piece based on a Turkish rhythm.
